        My cleaning robot was out of date. I was unable to connect to the wifi so I took it back to Best Buy. And they got me to a professional to help me find a newer model that was up-to-date as well less expensive. With the money I saved, I put it on a warranty. The robot is cleaning the house even as I type this message! P. S his name is RAMBO!

        Terrible customer service we waited 30 minutes for no one to ever ask us if we needed help. We went to Best Buy because we needed information on a laptop and to also purchase one. We left before we could purchase one. I hated my experience will never go back to this location. Mind you there were so many employees just talking to each other or on their phones.
