        HORRIBLE!!! If possible do order pick-up or just go to a different company than Best Buy. Placed an order for delivery but was showing as assigned to driver for over four hours!! Thought I could go and pick up my item since I paid for it. NOPE cant go get your own item, then cant even cancel the order at the store. Horrible customer service from manager and the cashier at the desk.
