My daughter needed to get her phone repaired on Saturday. She was offered two options 1. Leave the phone and pick it up after repair on the following Tuesday. Option 2 was to take it home and come back Tuesday for a 1 hour repair while she waited. My daughter chose the ladder. So Tuesday came and we arrived around 6 PM only to be told that we would need to leave the phone and pick it up the next day. We were confused because this was not what we were told. Apparently, the later you come, the more the odds are, you will be waiting a lot more than just an hour. We were frustrated because we dont live close and we had to take time off of work and school to get there. Tony was gracious enough to figure out a way to get us the phone within an hour and a half before closing time. His customer service skills as a manager are wonderful. Thank you Tony for restoring my faith in humanity. That day we were having a really toxic day and he changed it all for us. You made our day!

I came by three different times trying to buy an iPad and they just leave you along to interact with the other items but nothing helpful to really buy in.
