        Do not go to this store !!!! They are not a corporate entity, they screwed up my account and I have been getting the run around for 2 months now. AT&T is unable to help because this is an authorized dealer and not part of the corporation , no one is accountable at this location. Everyone blames the other and ultimately the district manager is no where to be found and because they signed me up unknowingly to a plan, the up charge is my responsibility. Per Lorelei, Pete Girdy stated there would be no credits applied to my account even though the mistake was made by his incompetent employee Joseph, who admitted he signed me up on the wrong plan. I have a copy of the plan I was quoted. Apparently no one at this store has answers nor solutions. Go to a corporate location otherwise youre screwed.
