Terrible renting experience and false broken promises just full of lies from the over cocky assistant manager Brandon, Who thinks he works at a classy place, Guy never grew up out of High school, Obviously has issues in the don't know how to be a Man department, Very sarcastic and rude behind a smile....

Horrible service alexandra thinks she's the owner of the store and the whole parking lot .She treats people badly, and my experiences was super horrible and I would not recommend this place at all there was a guy there that is very nice but please this is a big attention for the manager or the owner. Small location with bad service

Alot of the reviews arent of the actual service of the place. I went to pick the car up from the location and dropped it off at the place too,both early in the morning. Santiago helped me get everything, both times. He was great, would definitley recommend his service.

Had a great experience at this location due to Lamaraka being so pleasant to work with. I was trying to find a rental car after being in an accident and no other location in Katy/Richmond was answering their phone or willing to help reserve an available car (they kept saying its first come first serve even though I had a reservation number through my insurance claim). She answered my call right away, found me a vehicle the same day and made the pick-up and drop-off process very smooth and quick.
