I would give this a -100 stars if I could!!! Samantha and Alexandra are the most RUDE MFS I have ever met in my life!!! As a loyal Walmart customer I would love to see these mfs fired ASAP!!!!! If they are not fired by the time I'm back I will report this to the higher ups!!!! Jk they are the most sweet kind ppl ever... SIKEEE!!! FIRE THEM!!!!

Ive been a Walmart customer for over a year. I had a small issue with a delivery driver (first time) and Samantha was extremely helpful. She made sure the delivery was done and called to make sure everything was fine. This is the first issue Ive ever had with Walmart delivery, and she handled it very well.

I give this Walmart a one star. This is the second time I received terrible customer service from this older Indian women I think named Saudi. Today I came in to exchange diapers for my son & she told me to go back from where I got it from. She told me right off the jump she couldn't do anything and for me to go a hour away from where I got them. Her attitude is disgusting ! Her treatment and attitude towards customers is unacceptable. She gets mad for doing her job. Then she called her manager & it was a simple return the items and then I can rebuy the ones I wanted to get in exchange. Her manager was very helpful and friendly. But that employee needs to get checked. I had my son with me and I will not let nobody treat me in any kind of form just because they don't like their job! It's disgusting behavior and I will NOT recommend this Walmart unless they get rid of that nasty attitude of hers. This is the 2nd time therefore I know this is all the time. This is ridiculous and uncomfortable to shop here
