Dave Stahl was phenomenal throughout our long first time home buying experience. We had an unusual experience due to rate lock extensions and building timeline delays. Dave was constantly in communication with my wife and I and did everything he could to make sure our buying goals/needs were met. Although we didnt have the most conventional buying process Dave never wavered and assured us we would get to the finish line.

Dave was excellent throughout the entire process. He provided important updates on a timely basis and was always available for questions. No surprise fees came up during closing. We needed a quick close on our mortgage and he got it done in less than 3 weeks. Thank you Dave!

I used to be an admin for a real estate agent and worked with Dave on previous transactions. He was always our favorite lender to work with because he gets the work done accurately and quickly. When it was finally time for me to be the client, there was no question on who the lender would be. Dave is always quick to respond and answer any questions you may have.
