Hello Todd,

Our apologies for the mistake. As we discussed on 7-19-23, there will be no charge to replace the damaged sprinkler head from our mow crew. We had it replaced the following day on 7-20.

Regretfully, our team accidentally combined your work order with a different job where we replaced 14 heads. The invoice we sent charged nothing for the broken head, but it showed we also replaced 14 spray heads. Based on the written work order, our office team thought you had the tech replace 14 heads while onsite. This was our error that led to the mistaken charge.
If we had been made aware when you received the invoice detailing the repair of 14 heads or when you called to cancel, we would have taken care of this immediately.

Regretfully, this is the first time we have been made aware of the concern since the repair was done eight months ago. If there is any time you notice a discrepancy, please let us know, and we will take care of it right away.

Due to the time frame and our accounting procedures, we are unable to issue a credit card refund. Instead, our accounting department has issued you a check, and our division manager will stop by with the refund.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the mistake.
