Farmers Insurance - Jennifer Kasallis

I signed up for an Index universal Life policy for both of my girls a few years ago with the Kasallis agency. Whenever I have questions regarding the policies or even updating my banking info, Jennifer answers my questions in a timely manner and constantly shows what true professionalism means. If it was possible I would give this business 6 stars! They definitely have me as a customer for life.

Jennifer is always easily accessible, and extremely helpful in searching out the best price for my home and auto insurances. During a hail storm she reached out to me immediately rather than me reaching out to her. She was willing to assist in 3-way calls with my insurance carrier during some changes in their billing system. In the future, Id like to get life insurance through her too and she directed me to a helpful resource for more education before making these important decisions. Absolutely recommend, call her today!

Jennifer has been nothing but stellar with providing me the best support as I transitioned from Allstate to Farmers. She was very thorough n explaining my coverage and even went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfactorily reimbursed for hail damages that I incurred shortly after purchasing my home. She is very diligent with her work and ensures you are covered from top to bottom.
