I was dreading going to the ER bc of the typical wait times. But I went back to a room almost right away and someone was with me within 15min. Also, they were pretty attentive from then on. They may have a new head nurse in charge. As I was leaving I commented on the extremely quick service for an ER, she said she was the head nurse and that she is very adamant about quick service. I was very impressed.

The absolute best ER. Ive been here twice now for injuries and have had the greatest care. Yes the wait is usually long but its worth it for the care you receive. The staff is so kind, patient, and attentive.

Everyone working was very nice when speaking to me or in the room with me. However the room I was in I guess was pretty close to the nurses station/ desk and I could hear a lot of what they were saying. Could hear them talking about me & my spouse. How hes a red flag and criticizing my baby name. Just very disheartening to hear especially as someone who already gets extremely nervous / anxious going to any sort of hospital/doctor. While I understand most people are going to comment on the customers/patients I wish they wouldve done it either after I left or in a more private area so I wouldnt have heard it. Very unprofessional

Theres a nurse who worked the night shift in the emergency room on 2/14/24 with a last name that starts N (Natalia or Natasha Im not sure but her badge said something similar). This nurse stated in my presence that the POSSIBLE fetus in the plastic bag 911/ems told us to collect (possible miscarriage) was quote TRASH. Ems brought me into this location on a stretcher assuming I had miscarriaged my child. I stayed on the stretcher for about 45 mins in the hallway right in front of the desk behind the lobby door. When it was time for me to be seen, I was placed in a chair and the gentleman from EMS asked Nurse N what to do with this plastic bag that we assumed to have a fetus. She stated TRASH. She was confronted by my boyfriend who asked if that was the standard of care and she said we dont evaluate anything under 20 weeks. She had no remorse. She is a disgusting individual and a disgrace to the nursing profession and Texas Health brand. What a shame that you allow someone with no morals, integrity or empathy to work for your organization.
