        Showed up for our reservation after being on the road 12 hours only to be informed there were no rooms availabledespite having a reservation.

        Our room was ready for check in early, which was nice. Our room was clean. The only issues were in the bathroom - the toilet paper holder in the bathroom had been pulled out of the wall, leaving the drywall exposed. Also the shower drain seemed clogged as the water drained very slowly. The manager was very nice and accommodating to us and the fitness room was great.
