Bought a speed queen washing machine in September 2023, It is now February 2024. I have called multiple times with problems out of this washing machine. It continues to have problems. first. It was the door, then the panel box and now they're saying it is a drain problem. This is the worst washing machine I've ever had. It is a front loader and I'm having trouble getting them to do anything about it. Every time I call Service, they put me out for 10 or 15 days, to come look at the washer, then I have to wait for the part to come in, then i have to get back on the schedule another 10 to 15 days before they come out and replace whatever they say is wrong with it. It has been a nightmare if they don't resolve this and give me a new washing machine I will never buy from them again..
