        We've been living here since last summer, and it has been a wonderful experience. The quality of the apartments and common areas are great. The staff is very friendly and professional. Very clean and well maintained.

        I have been at the Venue for 3 years and absolutely love it. The complex is always beautiful and the workers in the office are amazing. Jade goes above and beyond and is the nicest person and makes it so easy to get an apartment or transfer units! I always recommend the venue to anybody looking!!

        I have lived here since June of 2023 and I love the apartment! Good location and a lot of things nearby. The unit we have was brand new when we moved in so bonus points. There was a few maintenance issues but they were fixed accordingly with no problems. Id say the only thing this apartment is missing is EV chargers as I see a few other apartments in this price range offer them as an amenity. Theres also not very many garages if you prefer one.

        Leasing office is rude and doesnt care about anything/anyone. These apartments were thrown together in months time and it shows. Stay far away!
