My first time ever going to health department for myself. All the staff members I saw, were very nice, polite, considerate and informing! From front desk, nurse practitioner, scheduling and check out. The offices were clean and bright. I highly recommend Church Hill Health Department.

I had just got off work and I was treated like garbage the 3 ladies up front were all very rude and disrespectful. I told them I needed birth certificates they said for who I said my 4 children she responded with "you have 4 kids" I need your ID after I filled out the paperwork they took my debit card and I was waiting 30 min and I even told them I had to be home by 4 to get the kids off the bus after I was called up to get my card another lady told me to have a seat at this point I said I'll have to come back tomorrow she said I guess so and slammed my debit card on the desk. The most unprofessional and rude people I've ever encountered. Stay away.... so Logan what did you get for lying? Health department employees stop having your friends and family comment

I called and made appointment, they was nice at first, then I called the morning of appointment and some hag treated me like trash because I told them I wouldnt make it until a later time, woman I talked to was extremely rude! No manners!

These are the nicest most friendly people towards me that anyone could be. I don't know why they only have 3.7 star average (can't please everyone ) mine is 5. Life hit me in the face last few months so, Idecided to go see these people . Ive gone twice in total. If they couldn't get me in they called if quicker opening. Great Job. to everyone there. You help people which is why your here. Use Don't Abuse to help keep these facilities like this open. Keep good people employed and helping people. Thank You.
