Do not go here. Different pricing every time and the owner is rude and shouldn’t be able to run a business. Check everywhere online she has 1 star reviews for a reason. She hung up on my wife when we asked why are dogs were the same price when different services took place. Me and my wife are charged different pricing for terrible service. Wish the board of health would shut this place down. Complaints of abuse - with the dogs - bottom line do not give her any business.

Absolutely would not recommend! She's highly unprofessional, inconsistent with her prices, and if I'm being honest her work is just not up to par with what she charges. Very disappointed, and will not be going back!

This is the worst place to go and take your pup. She is dishonest - does an awful job and charges different every time we have been there. We asked why and she said thats what I charge - shes not professional and shouldnt have a small business. She hung up on my wife and now we will let everyone know what type of businesS she runs. There is single stars on this business - think about that - why only single stars??? Dont go here

So Im typically not the type of person to leave someone a bad review because i know how detrimental that can be for someones business, but i had to come on here and share my experience because i was just so appalled and i just couldnt believe someone would run there business this way. First things first is that this woman isnt very friendly or welcoming anytime people come in with their dogs. She never greets me or my dogs. She charged a different price for the last 3 times i brought my dog in and she even charged me more when i pre washed my dog, so she didnt even have to wash him. When i called to explain to her how i felt about my experience she told me that Im sorry i feel this way and when i proceeded to tell her that the pricing just didnt make sense this time around she yelled at me on the phone and hung up. Very unprofessional and not the way she should be running a business. I was already aware that this place had some bad reviews and decided to give her one more chance, but I definitely wont be going back after this last experience. Take this as a sign and Please dont bring your dogs here !!!
