Today I switched doctors ,going to a different practice altogether. I'm tired of these snot nise kids right out at medical school ,who don't know what the hell they are talking about. I had a nurse get very rude with me on the phone. They don't listen to you, I had it with them worst practice I've ever been to

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The only thing good about this practise is the nurse Debbie and the front desk staff who are wonderful. You can no longer speak to a human on their phone system. You can only talk to the call center leave a message and they may get back to you in 5 business days. The pharmacy has to send them your prior authorization but they do not process the pharmacy requests until you complain 4 weeks later when you haven't received your meds. They have done this on my last 3 consecutive prior authorizations. I am done with this health center and their poor customer service. When you complain about their service, one doctor told me they have 31,000 patients and that my unprocessed prior authorizations are likely to happen again.

The receptionist at the check In window is very rude and has a very nasty attitude! Couldnt even help us out when we never been here! We went to the occupational medicine suite 401

Over 20 years at WHS Family Medicine. Always good care. Dr. K. Vore covers all aspects of wellness with thoroughness.
