Went to Flynn's for first time for car inspection. I waited for my car in their comfortable and clean waiting area. They took my car back within minutes of appointment. Staff was very nice and courteous. I was a bit nervous as a women. A lot of places try to take advantage when they know women aren't that familiar with cars and how they work. I need not of worried. My car passed inspection and they did not try to sell something not needed. Flynn's will be my go to car service from now on.

Today, my experience with this Flynn's location was terrible! The guy was beyond unprofessional, was very rude and said bad language to customer! I had my car oil change and state inspection by them on 4/2/2024. It costs me almost $1000 for them to work on it before they might pass it for inspection. They asked me come back for re-inspection and placing the stickers after a driving cycle. Today I came back for the re-inspection and the stickers. I told them that the MPG of my car drops to 22-26 after their service on 4/2/2024. The MPG of my small car is about 30-35 before the service on 4/2/2024. I wonder if the service on 4/2/2024 was done correctly and hope they could check. The guy refused to check and said that I didt use ECO mode. I told him that the MPG was 30-35 without using ECO mode before the service on 4/2/2024. He became angry and said rudely that I didnt listen to him, and also said bad language to me. The guy was beyond unprofessional, was very very very rude!
