DC Mullins Construction

UPDATE: The owner followed up with me, addressed all of my questions, and provided an estimate. He was responsive after I posted the original review.I guess all good things come to an endand it appears to be the case here. Several years ago DC Mullins was responsive and offered quality work at a fair price. Unfortunately I find that the company has become slow to respond and unreliable. Ive been waiting over three months for an estimate to resurface a deck. After repeated requests for updates I still have no information.

I have nothing but compliments for DC Mullins construction. We had the majority of our home replaced with James Hardie stucco board and trim. The crew was professional and very conscientious of the work they did. It looks fantastic. Prices were much better than the other company we received a quote from. I would highly recommend DC Mullins.

The exterior of our home was synthetic stucco and it was not holding up well to the local climate. We decided to replace the EIFS with a combination of James Hardie siding and stone. We contacted James Hardie for installers in our area and they connected us with two. The things that set D.C. Mullins apart from the competition were their willingness to include some small construction elements needed for our design and lower pricing for both the siding and roof. Gary did a great job collecting the requirements. Dave and the crew were able to make our design a reality. The crew was very hard working and diligent. They also did a great job of preparing for the contractors who had to follow their work the stone mason and the window installers. Our home turned out amazing! We highly recommend D.C. Mullins.
