    I recently closed on my home. It was purchased by Home Buyers of Pittsburgh. The process was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I expected the process to be a daily hassle but the opposite was true. They came prepared to deal and when an agreement was reached things progressed smoothly. I especially liked the fact that I didnt have to have people traipsing through my house. They were unobtrusive and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly. A great experience.

We expect and accept there is a significant discount to market for the value companies like this bring to a transaction. Dale, Ryan Scialabba here. I understand this is a stressful situation. You chatted with an off hours virtual assistant that is only armed with very basic answers as you can see. They did advise you to speak with Brad in our office to talk about anything specific. If you would’ve spoken with Brad or myself during 9-5 office hours we would’ve been able to tell you that if you were to sell your house on the open market at $50,000, typically you’d net 40-45,000 depending on inspection repairs. However, listing price does not mean selling price. I have no information to go off of, but typically cash offers are 5-10,000 less in that price range in exchange for an as-is easy sale. That is in no way a quote or offer, just an example. They didnt gather any information from you, so here’s my email [email protected].
