Allegheny County Health Department - Housing Division

Back in 2016 I know it does not have anything to do with now but I called the health department on who has been a long time ago former landlord who is a slum landlord and by the time they were done he had enough violations that the ACHD what is the Allegheny County health department seized 5 of his houses and a lot and he was told that he could not rent them out until he paid the fine that was owed to the Health Department. But I guess they took a payoff from him because people are living in his places

housing inspector Nathan Daily closed a report stating violations were fixed but they werent. He lied in his report when I informed his supervisor Tim Murphy he refused to address it. Then in retaliation called resolve crisis network on me and sent a treatment team to the building that I was no longer in..blamed me for calling and trying to report a gas line leak that was still pending on the whole building that was still pending. What THEYRE doing is illegal and cover ups. It turned from a housing complaint to them covering for each other. Shouldve never called them.then they called adult protection services.

I just would love to know who is taking payoffs from slumlords. Its obviously someone in this department for the landlords to be getting away with the things theyre getting away with.
