        Seems decent but no elevator. The gym is basically the leasing office dumping ground. And the pictures are better than reality

        Mice EVERYWHERE Maintenance requests marked as completed without ever being addressed Horrific state of kitchen cabinets and appliances Sinks can't even drain water properly Leaks from toilets Horrific inaction from management staff. Horribly understaffed maintenance department (the maintenance staff members are great but they are undersupported)

Regarding the package storage in the gym, we are actively working with the U.S. Postal Service to find a more convenient location. We understand your disappointment with the discrepancy between online images and reality; most of our photos are taken during summer months when flowers and plants are in full, colorful bloom. Your input helps us enhance our service for all of our neighbors at The Docks - Thank You!
