I dont know who they hire to install their products but its very inconsistent. Got carpet took about 2 weeks, the day of install they were an hour late also got LVP for our kitchen which took 2 weeks and the day of install they didnt even show up. Only giving 3 stars for the employees that took care of us when we picked our products out.

I came into your store location in Pottstown. I was looking for an area rug to place in my living room. I was greeted by a woman named Lauren. She was very friendly and most helpful in showing me some of the stores rugs. I have wooden floors in my home, and a granddaughter who's trying to learn how to walk. Purchasing an area rug was most helpful for balance and stability. Lauren did an amazing job in helping me find the perfect rug at an affordable price. I wanted to thank her again for all her help. She has amazing work ethic and was very professional
