        Scott, the owner, actually came to the house to clarify things. He understood how upset we were with the situation, and gave us a deal on the cost of treatment. The technician, Jacob, was awesome. He explained everything, and was extremely professional and polite. In spite of the very stressful situation, our experience was a positive one.

        Charlie was extremely pleasant, and helped me with a lot of advice. This is the second one I have sent on second thought I gave you more stars. I worked on removing the excess dirt from the mulch today and half of the trench is fixed. I think Charlie did a very thorough job, but could have left the trench raked and more in a finished state, instead of expecting the owner to clean up and put the dirt back to normal.
