Dennis at Diversified Lawn was truly a blessing and amazing to do business with. I am out of the state and needed a property attended that got out of control asap. They were the only ones to answer their phone and were able to quickly help me so Id avoid HOA fees. Im very thankful for them and will gladly continue using their services. I highly recommend them. I was charged $50 to just cut the front yard and edge. It would have been more to cut the back yard because God forbid someone has to use a push mower because they couldn't get the precious zero turn through the gate. High spots, shaved spots, I don't see any edging at all. Oh I paid him because he became confrontational about "having to go a different route" to get his money. He didn't even cut it. He sent me pictures in his truck as he drove by like everything was perfect. Never again. Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance

Mr. Best and his team were professional and did quality work transforming the overgrown jungle behind our house into a fenced yard. Communication was great and he was able to get to our project quickly. We would not hesitate to recommend Diversified Lawn and Property.
