My husband and I have been a customer of Life Storage since 2017 and we have nothing but amazing things to say about this facility. Ms. Becky is the Best hands down. She is super helpful, really sweet with amazing customer service. She has helped me and my family during hard times, and of course we love the phone reminders when it's time to pay. With me and my husband having 2 full time jobs and 2 kiddos at home, sometimes we forget but Ms. Becky keeps us on track. LoL! The storage unit is nice and it's always clean. I love the indoor units, all of my old army stuff and some of the girls old baby clothes are still in top condition. Completely satisfied with this location.

Omg, where do I start!!!!! When I 1st moved in Life Storage 2020 Becky was so helpful! Storage size was clean, roomie, and affordable. Fast-forward to 2024, I like most humans, has increased a great hardship in the past 4 years, From homelessness with my children to having to move back to NJ and leave my storage. I was devastated and a single mother of 2 and hit rock bottom and failed behind in my payments. I explained to Becky my circumstances and long behold Becky, the owner, and Shannon took action! They truly care and helped my family by wiping all debt owed from being behind in my payments. I cried tears of joy. Truly Life Storage is changing lives and giving a helping hand and being my brothers keeper! Thank you so much I am forever grateful! God bless you all at Life Storage especially The Owner, Becky, and Shannon!
