Called this place bc one of the techs lives on a street that's part of my morning commute. Had a back to back bathroom sink clog at my job, both pipes turned into the main drain, my auger wouldn't turn the pipe, just went from one bathroom sink to the other. I called a bunch of businesses this one either quoted me their starting price is $589 which went towards my final bill or they couldn't talk to me because I wasn't the property manager.

I called them on Saturday and told me that I had one call ahead of me at 3 in the afternoon. 6 hours later he shows up and can't fix my toilet. He told me that he would come back on Monday, he never showed up and CALLED saying he would come back with parts on Tuesday, come Tuesday evening he never called or showed up, the call center that takes their calls was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. All they did was string me along, wasted my time, and tried to quote a ridiculous price. I would not recommend these clowns for your plumbing needs

The worst customer service and after hours you can get. I called yesterday was told I would be put on the schedule no one ever got back to me till 2am at which time they text to see if I still need service and I replied yes its now 9:47a next day and I call and she telling me I see where you called we can put you on the schedule tomorrow. Like really as if I hadnt already scheduled with you.

We were looking to replace our ac unit on the second floor. The person came out and went over all options. We had about 5 different companies for quotes. We decided to go with the plumbing and air because they were reasonable. We decided to get both units replaced because we knew it was a matter of time before the other unit goes out. We got the estimate last Wednesday and made the decision to go with them on Friday. They set up to come on Tuesday and then they called and said they would like to come out Monday to begin work. Two crews showed up and they worked hard! They never took a break or lunch. They were at my house at 9:10 and left at 7:30. Tuesday came and one crew showed up at 830 and left at 7:45. Again, these men worked hard and did not take breaks. The men were clean and careful to lay drop clothes as not to damage my floors. They were very respectful! I without a doubt would highly recommend them! You will not be sorry.

TL:DR strung along for 24 hours before canceling with them in an emergent situation. I had an emergent situation and was told at 12pm that someone would be out at 7pm, then 7-9pm, then someone would call me back but didn't, then they couldn't come out at all that night but first thing in the morning, then finally later afternoon. I canceled the appointment and found someone else to do the work. They knew all along that it was an emergent situation. I would be fine with it if they had just been honest instead of stringing me along. Later I find out that they likely were overselling what they could do to test air quality anyway. Capitalism at it's finest.
