        I have never been able to speak to someone when I have called.   I have waited on hold for 30 minutes and had to hang up every time.  There is no other way to contact this clinic; there is not an email address or a patient portal to send messages.  Forget being able to ask a doctor questions.One time the clinician didn't come in for the day, and no one bothered contacting me to tell me that my appointment was canceled.  In fact, I had continued to get appointment reminders throughout that day and drove across town for nothing.  There were not any other appointments available for the next two weeks, and I had already waited two weeks for this appointment.On their website they claim to have discounted rates for those without an income or insurance, but they told my friend (who does not make an income) that they would need to pay full price for STI testing.
