Driver was rude and did not want to help unload. Had to drive to the terminal and pick up my "delivery". Took us less than 5 minutes to load everything onto my trailer. Not sure what was so hard about that. Ill never use them again

This company is absolutely horrendous, terrible to work with, and extremely unprofessional! They took over my order from another freight company to deliver it locally. They called to schedule the delivery. The first agent I spoke with (Cassandra/Cassania?) came up with multiple reasons why the order could not be delivered, stating my driveway was too long, asking multiple times if I could lift the boxes from the truck, and ultimately stating that the delivery cannot be made at all because I live in a cul-de-sac (of note, I live in a normal residential street). Meanwhile, another agent scheduled the delivery for later in the week. The first agent called me back and yelled at me for having a delivery date scheduled, stating that she confirmed with her manager that the delivery cannot happen. When I told her that Ive had multiple trucks deliver heavier orders to the area with no issues, she rudely said congratulations, and proceeded to tell me they cant deliver the order and are working with the freight company to have another company make the delivery. When I asked why they picked up the freight at all, knowing they could not deliver it to a standard cul-de-sac address, they said it was a mistake. The next day, another agent in their office called me to ask me the status of the delivery, and after some back and forth, she transferred me to the first agent I spoke with (Cassandra/Cassania). Cassandra told me to stop calling and harassing them because it was out of their hands. I told her that they were the ones who called and harassed me, at which time she said that was their mistake and nobody from their office will call me again. She also said on two separate occasions that this fiasco was all my fault because I called the company back before waiting for a callback from her. Ultimately, the company said there is no way they can deliver the order and they have no truck to accommodate the delivery. I had to rent a truck myself and drive to pick up the order from their location. The whole order easily fit into a cargo van. I am truly appalled with this unprofessional and thoughtless behavior. Southeastern Freight is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I cannot believe this company calls itself a trucking company and cannot effectively deliver a load that easily fits into a cargo van into a normal residential street.
