Chad was incredibly professional, easy to talk to, and, as a real estate agent, his work is the most thorough Ive seen. His inspection reports were the clearest Ive come across, making obvious distinctions between major issues and minor fixes. Lastly, his repair estimate feature is excellent to have in order to get an idea of whether repair costs will be too high to justify continuing with the purchase. Ive never seen that rolled into an inspection report before, but I feel like thats a feature that every home inspector should offer, as it saves the client a ton of time. I would HIGHLY recommend Chad and Bullseye Home Inspectors to anyone in the industry.
