Horrible Internet! Never wants to work, streaming is always a problem. You have to reset the router so many times for it to actually work. Its been a constant issue from day one. I would never recommend Wind stream to anybody for your computer or streaming television

It took technicians 3 trips to my house to Hook up an additional line. Why did it take three visits? Because they ran the line to my neighbors house without checking if anyone was home or even attempting to call. When they finally got the line ran to my address two days later they hit my waterline after I told them where it was. This is only one of my complaints but Im done with them as soon as I get another option for service in marshville Im gone!

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION: I am so entirely fed up with this company. Every step of the way has been a nightmare. Lets start with their $200 offer for switching to windstream. It's a wholesale lie. The rebate system they use is no longer functioning and there's no support. Next comes the installation which no one could be reached to schedule my date, the installer shows up out of nowhere. No complaints of the installer. Did his job. Finally, nobody can help with the fantom $200 gift card that the company sent me the registration link for. Link worked but the site is broken. It crashes when you try to confirm your card is being sent. If this is how it's going to be, I'm going back to Google Fiber where it was insanely simple and fast as could be. What a mistake it was to even think windstream had this under control. There is NO visa giftcard. Three months later they sent me a BILL for a month of service!!!! All I can ask AND STRESS is that YOU never do business with Windstream and please share this review so nobody else goes through this nightmare.

We have a service outage at least every other month. Cant wait until open fiber is available n our neighborhood Ill be switching
