Closets by Design - Charlotte

Love my new walk-in closet. From the beginning everything went well. Meeting with designer was easy to arrange and led to a well thought out plan to address our needs. Installation went smoothly and the finished closet is simply beautiful. Now clothes, shoes etc are arranged to meet our needs. Before closet had basic wire shelving with fixed hanging. Now everything is arranged in easy to reach areas. Finally the closet is on par with the rest of my home.

Great experience with my designer, Iris. A long install day, but the finished product was worth it. I am hooked and already thinking about what I can have Closets by Design do next.

Finally decided to call Closets by Design to see if they could help improve my closet situation. I had space, it was just poorly laid out. They came out and talked to me about what I was looking for, what I liked with my current closet set-up and any 'wishes' that I had for the new design. April Jones was wonderful. She showed me several options and we talked through lots of possibilities. The catalogs have anything you can imagine. The installation was seamless. The installers arrived timely and cleaned up when they left. April answered my many questions promptly and I am so glad I decided to contact Closets by Design.
