Diamond Mills Hotel

The views from the rooms are spectacular! Most all of the rooms over look the falls, the falls are gorgeous! The room was a bit worn. Fridge in the room, which was nice. A microwave down the hall. Not a full length sized mirror in my room at all. Nor a makeup mirror. Bed sheets were ok. As were the towels. Staff was very friendly and someone is at the front desk 24/7. As a solo female traveler, i felt very safe at this hotel. Breakfast, was sparse, but they did state it was continental. I just had coffee! Rooms: The room i stayed in was their basic king room. The view was amazing. But a mid week off season stay was expensive! Nearby activities: Lots to do near by. Restaurant on site, but you must walk across the parking lot to the restaurant. The Black barn was very pricey! Not worth it, with so many other good restaurants in town. Safety: I felt completely safe here. 24/7 front desk attendant! Walkability: You can easily walk to town. Food & drinks: Continental breakfast was really weak. Do it right, or just offer coffee and tea. It wa pitiful! Noteworthy details: The hotel is right next to the falls. It's a great view. But moving water is loud. I enjoyed hearing the water. Others may not.

Beautiful boutique hotel located right on the falls. Staff was friendly , rooms have fantastic views and are comfortable and spacious with thoughtful amenities like chocolates on your bedside table. We werent able to eat at the restaurant but the menu looked impressive with lots of fresh local products. The town was a treat to spend a day in and wed love to come back for a weekend .
