        This is by far the craziest water department! Notarized forms to put water in my name? So over the top! Gas, electric, cable, can all be done by phone, but this weird water department wants you to come there, and bring the landlord,get the form notarized, and now they shutdown but the electric,cable, and gas company's havent.
