        One thing about Serenity is shes ALWAYS gonna give u an amazing set of lashes. Shes always on time, its always clean smells good in there, she has a coffee bar and snacks, she also offers waxing services. Ive been coming to her for 2.5 years and she comes correct every single set. Keep doing your thing Serenity! Im so proud of you and everything youve accomplished! Yall gotta check her out.

        Serenity has been the best lash tech I have ever had. She is always extremely welcoming ever since my first appointment, and has created such a wonderful environment for clients. She is always understanding when it comes to appointments that need to rescheduled, as long as her policy is understood and followed. Both Serenity and Ari are extremely respectful to their clients and hold standards which all young business owners need to abide by. There work speaks for itself and only continues to get better. I love coming to her boutique and will continue to

        I'm absolutely furious about the horrendous experience I just had. The service was beyond terrible. Not only did the technician blatantly disregard proper etiquette by chatting with another technician, not wearing face mask, and taking her sweet time doing my lashes, but she also had the audacity to cancel my reservation last minute because of a power outage something completely out of my control. And to add insult to injury, when I asked her to reschedule the next day ( which was the time she rescheduled after the power outage), she flat out refused and had the nerve to charge me for it! She kept making excuses about not having control over the building cuz she is not the landlord, as if that somehow justified her unprofessional behavior. And when I had the gall to complain about her incompetence, she had the nerve to tell me she couldn't lash me anymore. Well, guess what? I didn't want her to touch me anyway. It's utterly infuriating that I had to endure such appalling treatment. It's high time she learns some basic customer service skills and takes responsibility for her actions. I deserve better than this disgraceful excuse for service.

      I am sorry that you feel this way. A power outage is totally out of my control as I stated prior. I rebooked you for the following day with no issue at all and you chose to cancel that appointment the day off. You were not charged a cancellation fee. If you did happen to notice any fee charged to your card, please contact me immediately and I will have that taken care of. I’d also be happy to share, where it shows that you have not been charged since your last appointment, which was last October. You mentioned in your feedback that I was talking to another technician during your lash appointment and that I was not wearing a mask. I follow the guidelines of New York State, which states that I’m not required to wear mask. Like I previously stated, based on my booking app the last time you were seen for an appointment was last year and the upcoming appointment that I was supposed to see you for was canceled. As a business owner just like a customer, I also expect to be respected and talk to as a human and if you don’t want me to touch you, I am most definitely not the right lash tech for you. As we communicated in our messages yesterday where we came to a mutual decision. Please let me know if there is more you’d like to discuss.
