waited a few weeks to calm down but tbh the woman here does not listen to requests made, i was uncomfortable because i was sitting under the VERY hot dryer after my retwist, and she said i needed to stay there. it got to the point where i had to put my foot down and get out because it was too much. she also interlocked my hair using way too many rotations and some of my more delicate locs in the front are still recovering, im not convinced this woman knows what shes doing and everytime i went back i paid even more for the same service. avoid at all costs! especially if youre not just trying to get your hair straightened. Bro got a razor and call himself a barber. Haircut took less than 8 mins and it felt like they just wanted to speed run it. True, they look like they might be good with ethnic cut but other than that be prepared to wear a hat for a few weeks. I appreciate their service but its not worth even 18 bucks and its honestly THE worst haircut Ive ever gotten

It breaks my heart to write this, I have been going to this place for almost 2 years to get my hair cut by the barber, other than a mishap with a design that didn't go well I have always had an amazing experience, if you're a POC looking for a barber this place will treat you right. As my hair started to get longer I decided to get it done by the woman in the salon section and at first everything was fine, but the more I went the more I was not listened to and would have my hair messed with in ways I had specifically asked not to, I kept going because they were nice and because my hair is thick and grows fast I disregarded it but eventually I started getting charged more and more for the same service until I was paying almost triple theamount, i was going to let it go until i saw other people had the aame experience and when i asked for my money back she was incredibly rude. If you are looking for more than having your hair straightened DO NOT come here. The barbers are great but it seems the salon is not. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling
