I have been a customer with Citibank since the 80s and it is finally time to part ways. It is not my bank for usual banking activities. In fact, I have gone years without transactions and Citibank have frozen my accounts. In 2021 I went to this branch to open a CD which was a gift for someone. Upon maturity, I discovered that the CD was set up for the incorrect interest and no one was interested in having a conversation with me at the branch. I sent an email to the branch manager and she did not address my concern. This was a major strike for me!!! Today I was attempting 2 transactions - 1 between Citibank accounts and the other was a money transfer to another bank. I attempted the external transaction 3 times and it will not go through. I was stuck on the page where it asks for "Challenge Questions," not because I did not know the answer but because their system seems "malfunction" when it comes to transfer cash from Citibank to an external bank. Went to the bank at 4:18PM - CLOSED. Banking hours for today ends at 4PM.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Cibele . Despite waiting for over an hour, I found their service to be unhelpful. Additionally, I was deeply concerned by the lack of respect shown towards my mother, particularly regarding her language abilities. It's crucial for a company to foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all customers. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improved customer interactions in the future.
