My experience with this facility has been bad all around. First you have very unprofessional staff members, no one has a clue who handles what. God forbid you ask questions. The soical service department changed my mother's insurance without the family's consent. Now they are claiming that we requested the change.(no such thing). I went to the office to talk to Danny to find out why the changes and he refused to talk to me. What type of heartless people do you have working in this facility. The state needs to come into this facility and investigate issues like these. I know I surely contacted them.

Worst facility ever. New management is worst. Don't recommended this facilities to anyone. Lazy staff.

This place is one of the worst places in which a nurse can be treated. This nurse, whose picture I put, is not fit to be a nurse. I complained about it to all the people responsible in the place. I spoke to the state more than three times, unfortunately, no one listens, and this is the last thing that can be done, and I do not know what I will do if such a thing happens. Again I didn't take my medication every night it works her name is Mary
