I am from Seattle. My sister and I ran into Jackies office while checking out the old post office. (You should check out the building if in Reno) She was so nice to talk to and knowledgeable. I met Jackie recently while in The Basement (in the old post office). I am working on a remodel of some of the rooms in our home, so it was perfect that I happened to stumble upon her design studio/office. After chatting with her in her office, we set up a time for her to come to my house to help me with some design questions I had. She is very knowledgeable about materials and design, and had great ideas! I would highly recommend her, and I'm sure I'll be in touch with her in the future to help me more with the design of my home.

We had Jackie help us with a total house remodel--it ALL needed to be done. Think "blank canvas"! She interpreted OUR taste and vision and made it a reality. We could not have done it without here and remain to this day extremely happy with everything. And I mean everything right down to the hardware like doorknobs and soft wear like furniture. She is reliable, competent, imaginative, direct, knowledgeable about the many new products out there, and if something is not right, she makes it so. If we weren't as pleased as we remain, we'd decorate all over again and use her services!

Jackie is fantastic. She is like no other design consultant I have met. She is humble and honest and she knows her way around a project like this. My wife and I will be starting a project soon so I don't yet have the full process with her, but you owe it to yourself to meet her and see what she can do for you. Her place in the basement is perfect. It is a fabulous atmosphere for her work. Give her a call. You will like her.
