This was the first time I had gone into this store. I appreciated the first person who helped me telling me that his responsibilities didn't include "fitting" people for new shoes and that he would get someone to help me, and he got Ian. Ian was fantastic! He took the time to explain the services Fleet Feet offered, i.e. scanning my feet to determine correct size, insoles, etc. I took advantage of those options and Ian was very kind and patient when he did the scanning, etc. of my feet, and when he explained the results, etc. to me. Too often when I enter a store, the employees don't want to offer assistance to customers and treat me like I'm an imposition. With Ian (and the other person I interacted with), that was not the case. I would 100% recommend to anyone that they go to this store for their athletic shoe needs, and I'll definitely go there again for my athletic shoe needs.

I purchased a new pair of shoes here at fleet feet after barely 6 months they are starting to come apart. I took them back today to see if they could do anything for me. After looking at my shoes she says that the best that she could do was a20% off of my next pair. She said that it looked like the shoes were not wide enough and that if she would have fitted me she would have ordered me a pair that were wider, well I dont feel that it is my fault that they didnt fit me at all when I purchased them. I feel that I should receive a new pair to replace this pair. I was originally sent them by my neighbor who is a physical therapist he said that they would be able to measure my feet and get me the right shoe. The two stars is for the whole 20% that she gave me off of my next pair.
