Had an issue with our order (not their fault) and Shubert went out of their way to see that we were satisfied. Kirsten was wonderful to work with, giving us several options to choose from. You just do not find customer service like this anymore. Highly recommend Shubert.

Outstanding customer service! We are a repeat customer of Shubert's for many years. We recently purchased some stools for our kitchen island and the stain on the legs was inconsistent. Jim and his team worked with the manufacturer to replace the products. They absolutely went above and beyond to make it right. We are very value conscious buyers and always shop around to find the best value. We have found that if you want high quality furniture at a fair price, Shubert's is the place to buy furniture in St. Louis. I am a pretty demanding customer and expect a lot... The Shubert Team has always exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU!

I'm a repeat customer. Purchased 2 chairs and 2 sofas. The fabric on the chairs quickly started to show signs of wear with grade 8 fabric on 2 $2200 Motioncraft chairs. They did not stand behind the product. Would do nothing. Home has no pets and 2 adults. No kids. That will be our last purchase from Shubert Design.
