Renee was wonderful and professional. She gave me some ideas on arranging the furniture and showed me this fabulous stand alone mirror for the bedroom. I definitely would recommend her to my friends.

The salesperson didnt distinguish that the back cushions couldnt be ungraded. I thought the back cushions were the same at the seat cushions. Theyre not. I would have upgraded the back cushions no money spared because I want the best quality. This couch is 1 year old and is barely used! Initially I called and they denied my request to give me inserts that I didnt sink 8 inches into the couch. If it wasnt for the furniture repair man helping me they wouldnt have done anything to help. Memory foam inserts are not good. Which is an upgrade. Since then theyve offered to replace my cushion inserts or replace my furniture. I chose to replace the inserts because I think thats fair. Its going to take 6-8 weeks which is fine. I appreciate Bassetts efforts to rectify the situation.

I would like to take this time to say that Basset Furniture Manchester is completely amazing. The staff is wonderful. Theyre very helpful if you want a great place to either work or go in and shop for furniture. This is the best place to go. You get the best quality of furniture and the best staff. Theyre absolutely amazing When you walk in the door, they greet you right away theyre always smiling they have great attitudes great personalities and theyre all hard workers Bryan, the General manager is also very, very helpful Bryan is Amazing. He has a great staff go in there ask for Bryan or anybody to help you tell them that Tammy K sent you They are all truly Amazing. You definitely will not be disappointed with your visit from the time you walk in the door they help you with any needs that you have from either rugs furniture they help you decorate your home. You definitely wont be disappointed. I absolutely love Basset and all the staff. Thank you for reading and have a wonderful day.

Renee was awesome! She has a great eye for decorating and showed me different types of fabrics that I didnt even think of. She was warm, very professional, and truly cared about my husband and I. I highly recommend Renee at the Highland Bassett Furniture in Manchester.
