Don't buy Family Mobile their "tech support" is absolutely garbage. They have no tech knowledge at all. I could work their with how simple they are. At the beginning of the year my data stopped working, so I called them for help. They said the SIM must've stopped working and sent a new Verizon compatible one (since they merged with Verizon). The new SIM didn't help at all and I had to call them over 20 times. Each time they gave me an answer that was just some variety of "turn your phone off an on" or "take the SIM out and in". They literally don't even know what the problem is because no progress at all was made. And I even bought an extra plan because they told me to and I had thought we mightve made some progress, but no. Now I spent 60 total and they can't even give me a refund for their plans not working because they can't message me to confirm my security. And yet they still want to make me buy another plan bc the tech support didn't even put it in the records that I bought a plan through them. So ridiculous. Anyways if you need an easy job in tech work for them all you gotta do is make people buy more plans and tell then to turn their phone off and on again.
