        Ordering online, I filled out several pages of info including credit card number, you make much of a free delivery coupon, then, without ANY advance notice and AFTER entering card number, at the end you pop in a $20 service fee. Its not the $20 that bothers me as much as the lack of disclosure saved for that LAST screen. Bad business practice, seems deceptive. Wont order from you.
