Average service and prices. Disappointed that I had to replace my engine at 48,000 miles though.

Had a solid experience with the service team. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately they missed the leak in my tire that I let them know about and requested to get fixed. With that being said I had to come back and Jack made it easy to come back and fix the issue. Thank you.

Save yourself a headache and please do NOT get service work done here. Reached out due to a recall notification I got in the mail, and got an appointment scheduled. I had to take time out of my work schedule which is fine, but when I arrived they said they didnt have the parts yet and couldnt get any work done. Miscommunication between the person scheduling appointments and the service department. Said they would call me when the parts arrived. Weeks later, havent heard anything so followed up. Again, said they would check and see if the parts came in. Weeks passed again, still nothing. Its a simple recall fix, and yet they havent even completed the work. I am not following up anymore and taking this business and my future service needs somewhere else that actually wants to help their customers.
