Bob has been a breath of fresh air to work with. We originally started with a different lender, and were not happy with the options we were being given. We met Bob at one of the open houses we attended and reached out to him about our concerns. He was able to think outside the "Traditional Mortgage" box to put us in a better position for the future, not just to purchase a new home. Because of him we were able to get an approval for a higher amount, purchase the home we had prayed for, and payoff two high payments with the funds from our purchase. All along the way he answered questions, calmed my fears, and was an ear to listen. If you are scared of this complicated process like I was, Bob is your guy.

Working with Bob Greene and his team at Guaranteed Rate was very quick and easy! I went the VA way and it was virtually effortless. Other lenders were discouraging me in the past and even present. Bob said "Not a problem" and was even offering suggestions and words of encouragement when we were out bid a few times. The process of FINDING a house took FAR FAR longer than doing the paperwork and getting the loan approval done. We looked at a lot of houses but when our bid was accepted BOOM! Everything was right there done; just like walking in with cash. In my opinion.
