We really enjoyed and appreciated working with Michelle in the process of our bathroom renovation! Its clear she has a lot of experience and is willing to offer her creative design expertise. Michelle helped coordinate the bathroom fixtures we selected with a sink faucet that fit our style and budget. While response time to our questions often lagged, during the process of working with Michelle, a much needed assistant was added to their team! Additionally, every time we called and someone picked up in warehouse we were warmly greeted and directed to the correct personal! Also, shout out to Adam who dropped off our vanity, he was so kind and helpful!

Great experience with Michelle at Infusion Kalamazoo. Michelle was very pleasant to work with. She answered all of our questions and offered suggestions for our master bathroom remodel. And we received our product in a timely manner! Highly recommend using Michelle at Infusion!
