Exceptional Service at Our Fourth Visit in Three Years. We have visited this location four times in the last three years, and every time the valet parking and check-in process has been smooth, with no wait time exceeding 30 minutes. The staff is simply incredible, and we trust them completely to care for our daughters. Were fortunate to have Helen DeVos childrens hospital so close!

I would give 0 stars if it had the option. Took my daughter in with a swollen face. We waited 2 hours before we got put in a room. Then the doctor came in for like 5 minutes looked at her said it's a swollen gland and they can only do a ultrasound to make sure there's no abcess. We waited 2 hours for a ultrasound. For them to say it's just a swollen gland and to take tylenol. Then waited another hour and half to be discharged. No one updates you on anything or communicates with you. Your just sitting there until your name is called. And when I took my daughter to her doctor the next day they said she has mumps. The ER didn't mention anything about mumps. If you want to be misdiagnosed and waste your time go here otherwise urgent care or metro may be your best bet.
