This dentist office is a joke! I went here once and never will again. Thought I had washed my hands of this place. Receptionist is absolutely awful. I called to have my xrays sent to my new dentist. Gril was polite and nice. Took my info no problem. I go to my dentist appointment only to discover my xrays were NOT sent. I called to be told something completely different. I had to cancel my appointment that took forever to get. A day of work completely wasted. I now have to drive to GR from Middleville to sign a piece of paper. This all could have been delt with last week when I originally called. Or there is new technology these days I could have done this on the internet. Just so frustrated with the lack of empathy and knowledge when it comes to the employee's. Will be recommending the the VA and its sponsors no longer refer any new patients to them. I would hate for someone that has anxiety like myself have to deal with this office.

Theyve literally canceled multiple appointments and would reschedule me for months later, cracked one of my teeth during a cleaning and havent to fix it, if I could leave zero stars I would. If a doctor decides to take a day off or go on vacation I shouldnt have to wait an entire month to get in.
