Clearly the woman who looks to be 200-300 yrs old (and most likely a vampire) is a detriment to the whole organization. Since my experience with her a few weeks back (where I was asked to provide a social security card or W2) and when I couldnt, she proceeded to take my claims form (with my SS number on it) and refused to give it back until I demanded it.She sucks and clearly hates her job. Time to put homely Elvira, out to pasture Mass State Lottery!

My joy of claiming my first time won the
Lotera was marred by the attitude, rudeness, and terrible customer service of the older lady at the last register, initially my father-in-law thought it was discrimination due to my basic English and Latina status, but reading the other reviews I can understand that It is a problem of attitude and bad service, I think that the Massachusetts lottery should take action, a person like that definitely cannot work in customer service and even less so with happy customers who come to claim their prize and the least we expect is a smile or a word of congratulations. It is a person who subtracts from the organization, where the vision and mission of the Company remain, remember that a person represents the image of the Company.

Such a disturbing experience with the older women who works at the desk. So rude!!!! We were trying to be polite and her rudeness pushed us to the point where I ended up telling her she needed an attitude adjustment. It was our first time there as my 84 year old mother won. Instead of helping us, she insulted us numerous times. It was a bother for her to complete her job. I feel a need to write this complaint because no one should be treating anyone with such rudeness and disregard, especially when we did not give her any reason to feel as though she should. Others came up to us after they saw and told us of incidents that other people have had with her. So sad that the excitement of winning a big lottery prize for the first time was dampened by the rudeness and inconsideration of a worker who looks as though she hates her job.
