        the RMV system itself sucks but everyone at this location was awesome and friendly. I was worried because I didn't have a great experience during covid, but yeah everyone was great.

        Easy and efficient. Went in as a walk in with no appointments to reinstate and renew my car registration. In and out of the place in about 15 minutes with a new registration in my hand.

        Mass RMV makes registration of an out of state car excruciating and will reject your paperwork for ridiculous minor variations of the out of state dealers' documents. The clerk at Braintree customer service is very harsh in his manner. When the personnel send you back rejected over and over, nobody once offers that you can make a future appointment to come back. I've learned today that you can request an appointment after you're rejected so you don't have to keep coming back and waiting in line and wasting time on that part of it. Refusing to consider a dealership sales contract as the Bill of Sale is unbelievable. It has every piece of information on it that they require.
